Antenatal diagnosis of congenital abdominal wall defect is now possible with ultrasound examination. Even though the incidence is relatively rare, increased neonatal survival rate is reported by improved management of anterior abdominal wall
defect
recently. We experienced a case of Gastroschisis with fetal death in uterus diagnosed prenatally by ultrasonography. Here we present this case with the brief review of references.
